Membership

CGRN Membership is free and open to all. The CGRN site and its owners are not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from a member's use of the site or reliance on information provided by its officers, directors, employees, agents, other members and information providers. CGRN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER OR CAUSE THROUGH YOUR MEMBERSHIP EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

User Conduct & Community Rules

You agree to use this Site in accordance with all applicable laws. Because CGRN is part of a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, you agree that you will not use the Site for organized partisan political activities. You further agree that you will not e-mail or post any of the following content anywhere on the Site, or on any other Sites connected to CGRN:

• Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them

CGRN expects members to abide to the highest standards of conduct as medical professionals.

Cancelling or having your Membership cancelled ("Terminate(d)")

You may terminate your membership at any time in writing to the administrator listed on the site. CGRN reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and access to organization resources without reason for violations of our terms, fraudulent activity or misrepresented information, or behavior that harms the community or platform, effectively immediately and without written notice. Effects of a terminated membership include:

• Loss of Access: Your right to use the service ceases immediately.

• Content Deletion: CGRN reserves the right to delete any data, files, or content associated with your account

​

Survival of Terms: Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification will survive account termination.
